Hi, I'm Tami.
I'm a solo broker and owner based in Pueblo West, Colorado, serving buyers and sellers across Colorado Springs and Pueblo. I started Living Waters Realty because I believe you deserve a partner and guide who cares about you — your goals, and what you want to create. A home is where life happens. As a Colorado native, a mom of two, and someone who has moved seven times myself, I understand firsthand what it means to uproot, rebuild, and find your footing in a new place. I know the emotional weight of that process — and I know how much it matters to have the right person in your corner.
Real estate is one of the biggest decisions you'll ever make. I take that seriously. Beyond real estate, I have spent years coaching entrepreneurs and leaders — so I understand what it means to guide someone through high-stakes decisions with clarity and confidence. I am also the Exclusive Agent/Brokerage for OakRidge Homes in Pueblo West. I understand the operations of new build construction and can support you in the process of new home building whether that is on OakRidge lots or your own.
